Weekly Backups

When you own a repeatedly visited website or a data–loaded web app, it’s very important to have a complete backup copy of everything. But, configuring an automated backup solution can be tough. That is the reason why our company offers you our Managed Services solution – we take full responsibility to maintain a full backup of your VPS plan, not only of your web sites and data, but of all the custom settings that you have created. Our backup scripts are run every week, retaining all the changes that you have made during that period of time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server gives you an almost infinite number of options, you will often have to install additional software applications. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an essential part of our Managed Services deal, which enables you to ask any of our well–trained server admins to install any kind of software application and to fix any problem that you are experiencing with the VPS server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It’s an extra for the KVM VPS Plans.
